«Muchos fans me han preguntado cómo era pasar las Navidades con los Petty.
Siempre era una ocasión increíblemente alegre.
Lo mejor que hacían Jane y Tom era elegir un regalo único para cada invitado. Nunca había mucha gente, solo la banda y algunos amigos íntimos de Tom. Nunca se sabía quién asistiría. Después de la cena y de abrir todos los regalos, los chicos se dirigían al estudio de Tom y tocaban toda la noche.
Esa noche en particular, George Harrison, su esposa Olivia y Jeff Lynne se unieron a la diversión.
No creo que muchos de vosotros hayáis visto a Benmont tocando un bajo Hofner o a Jeff Lynne tocando la batería.
También se puede ver a Olivia Harrison grabando vídeos improvisados. Fue una noche que no queríamos que acabara y que nunca olvidaremos».

"Lots of fans have asked me what it was like to spend Christmas with the Pettys.
It was always an incredibly joyous occasion.
The best thing Jane and Tom did was choose a unique gift for each guest. There were never many people, just the band and some close friends of Tom's. You never knew who would attend. After dinner and opening all the presents, the boys would head over to Tom's studio and play all night.
On this particular night, George Harrison, his wife Olivia and Jeff Lynne joined in the fun.
I don't think many of you have seen Benmont playing a Hofner bass or Jeff Lynne playing drums.Olivia Harrison can also be seen recording impromptu videos. It was a night we didn't want to end and one we will never forget."
