Pimball ELO
Por aquellas épocas en las que ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA estaba en todo lo alto con su A NEW WORLD RECORD y OUT OF THE BLUE o quizá un poco antes, muchos de nosotros éramos asiduos a las máquinas PIMBALL. La mala suerte es que no existió ninguna como éstas que mostramos y que la IA se ha encargado de recrear, con las que hubiésemos pasado bastantes horas de diversión en nuestros tiempos mozos. Aún así, nos contentamos con imaginarlas en nuestras manos, ya sea por nostalgia del pasado o por volver a tener 16 años.
Curioso fue aquel juguete de pimball llamado GALAXY EXPLORER de la década de los ’80 que llevaba impreso en su tablero una de las naves del OUT OF THE BLUE de ELO y que ya trajimos a nuestra web en junio de 2015 como anécdota.

Back in the days when ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA were at the very top with A NEW WORLD RECORD and OUT OF THE BLUE—or perhaps even a little earlier—many of us were regular players of pinball machines. Unfortunately, none like the ones we’re showing here ever existed; these have been recreated thanks to AI. We would surely have spent countless hours of fun with them in our younger days. Still, we’re happy to imagine having them in our hands—whether out of nostalgia for the past or simply to feel 16 again.
Curious was that pinball toy called GALAXY EXPLORER from the 1980s, which had one of ELO’s OUT OF THE BLUE spaceships printed on its playfield, and which we had already featured on our website back in June 2015 as an anecdote.
