Fin de semana histórico en Birmingham…
…y gran parte de ello la tiene el legendario artista que actuará por última vez en su ciudad natal de Birmingham. JEFF LYNNE’S ELO ya prepara sus dos conciertos en el Utility Arena. El primero de ellos el próximo sábado 5, coincidiendo curiosamente con el también último concierto de BLACK SABBATH nombrado “Back to the Beginning” en el Villa Park y el segundo de JEFF el domino 6 de julio de 2025.
Se esperan alrededor de 300.000 personas en la ciudad de Birmingham, llenando los hoteles una ocupación del 89%, según la West Midlands Growth Company, con un incremento del 52% comparado con el mismo período de julio del pasado año. Se calcula que esto podría dejar en la economía local una cifra cercana a los 20 millones de libras.
El 9 y 10 de julio JEFF LYNNE’S ELO visitará Manchester, donde se despedirá de sus fans antes de actuar el día 13 del mismo mes en su «THE FINAL SHOW» o «LIGHTS OUT» en HYDE PARK de Londres, siendo éste el último y definitivo concierto frente a sus fans y despedida final de los escenarios.

And a great part of this is thanks to the legendary artist who will perform for the last time in his hometown of Birmingham. JEFF LYNNE'S ELO is already preparing for their two concerts at the Utility Arena—the first one taking place on Saturday, July 5th, which interestingly coincides with BLACK SABBATH’s own farewell concert titled “Back to the Beginning” at Villa Park, and the second ELO concert on Sunday, July 6th, 2025.
It is expected that 300,000 people will flood the British city, with hotel occupancy reaching 89%, according to the West Midlands Growth Company, representing a 52% increase compared to the same period in July of last year. It is estimated that this could bring around £20 million into the local economy.
On July 9th and 10th, JEFF LYNNE'S ELO will head to Manchester, where they will bid farewell to their fans before taking the stage on July 13th for their “THE FINAL SHOW” or “LIGHTS OUT” at London’s HYDE PARK—the final and definitive concert before their fans and their ultimate farewell to the stage.
