Entre las muchas piezas promocionales que acompañaron el lanzamiento del álbum OUT OF THE BLUE, pocas capturan tan bien su espíritu como este cartel dedicado al single “Mr. BLUE SKY”, distribuido por CBS Records en el año 1978. Una invitación directa y optimista: “Say hello to Mr. Blue Sky”. Solo con esa frase, ya se respiraba luz después de la tormenta.

La imagen muestra a una mujer vestida con un delicado conjunto de encaje, entre romántico y etéreo, sosteniendo un ramo de flores mientras mira hacia unas ventanas por las que entra una luz azulada y brillante. Among the many promotional pieces that accompanied the release of the album OUT OF THE BLUE, few capture its spirit as well as this poster dedicated to the single “Mr. BLUE SKY” distributed by CBS Records in 1978.
