ELOSPAIN:
Due to the high number of people interested in acquiring a CD of the remastered reissue of the album "EARTHRISE" by TANDY & MORGAN, including new artwork, photographs, and bonus tracks, the publishing company has prioritized this edition. It is expected to be released around August due to time constraints for the vinyl edition by that date and the impossibility of including the extra tracks in this format.
Dave Morgan and Richard Tandy are still working on the final mix, assisted by a top-notch engineer to create the final master to achieve the best possible sound on CD.
If you are interested in purchasing this work, do not hesitate to request it now by sending a message to: [email protected] to obtain the privilege of buying it before the official release.
You can also participate in the challenge that Dave has posted on the official EARTHRISE website, asking who the mysterious masked guitarist is in the video for the track "ZERO ZERO."
There is a recent interview with Dave Scott-Morgan for Rock Legacy about this work, translated by our colleague Pedro Jover, which we invite you to read from ELO SECRET MESSAGES.

Rock Legacy says about EARTHRISE: Unplug your headphones and remove the old stereograms because this deserves to be heard LOUD. Earthrise is symphonic rock, with intertwined themes, leitmotifs, and often complex and lush movements. It is also pure high-quality pop, fantastic in Europe and practically nonexistent in the UK, like The Alan Parsons Project, which was never heard on the radio there but is big in the rest of Europe and the USA. It's not surprising that there's an ELO sound, as Dave says, ELO would never have been the same without Richard Tandy. Morgan's voice cannot be underestimated. The album is a testament to what can be done with sophisticated technology when controlled by professional musicians. It has echoes of Alan Parsons, ELO, Jean Michelle Jarre, and Klaatu (the creators of Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft).
